The rugged computers are certified to ISO 15003:2019. This standard includes operation under extreme environmental conditions. Accordingly, the AI-enabled rugged computers withstand large temperature fluctuations, humidity, dust, as well as shock and vibration loads – all while operating 24/7. Each rugged computer undergoes a series of tests including temperature tests in a climatic chamber before delivery.

The Rugged Computer RPC RS A2N is based on the NVIDIA® Jetson™ TX2 NX module. This is the perfect entry-level platform for automotive applications. The Jetson TX2 NX module is suitable for computer vision and perception applications with up to twelve Full HD cameras, each with different deep learning networks. It can be used to implement collision warning systems or intelligent driving assistance systems.
