Syslogic’s AI-assisted Vehicle Computer RS A2N builds on the NVIDIA® Jetson™ TX2 NX module. This module combines the performance of the TX2 with the form factor of the Nano (70 x 45 mm). The TX2 NX module features a high-performance dual-core NVIDIA Denver CPU combined with a quad-core ARM-A57 CPU and a 256-core NVIDIA Pascal GPU. This gives the Jetson TX2 NX module 2.5 times the performance of the Jetson Nano.

Syslogic integrates the TX2 NX module into a robust embedded system. The Vehicle Computer RS A2N meets protection class IP65 and is suitable for 24/7 operation under increased requirements. The embedded edge PC is perfect for inferencing or intelligent vision. This involves creating a complete image from data gathered through various sensors such as radar, lidar, or camera. In conjunction with AI algorithms, the embedded edge PC independently derives intelligent decisions.

Frequently, the ROS-2 compatible AI Vehicle Computer RS A2N is used in automated guided vehicles (AGVs) or autonomous mobile robots (AMRs). Possible applications are route planning, obstacle detection, or collision protection.
