The Vehicle Computer OEM M 81 can be connected to various communication levels. The integrated I/O interfaces allow direct control of actuators and sensors. With two standard CAN interfaces (optionally available with six), the Box PC can also be used as a CAN bus controller. This means it can be used to monitor or control vehicles such as automated guided vehicles (AGVs). The Box PC has been designed to comply with EN 1175-1:1998+A1:2010, the standard for automated industrial trucks. With integrated Gigabit Ethernet interfaces and WiFi support, the Box PC can also be used as an IoT gateway or data logger.
